Hotel Spichrz Torun occupies three historic buildings, including an 18th-century granary and two burgher tenement houses connected by a street. The original granary building retains exposed wooden beams and a restored winching apparatus on the top floor, visible to guests. Some rooms offer two-level layouts with separate living areas and direct views of the Wisła River.

The on-site restaurant serves traditional Polish food and local delicacies, with a menu that changes seasonally. Breakfast is a standout offering: a buffet featuring homemade cheeses, local breads, cold cuts, pickled vegetables, and an omelette station with ingredients like beetroot carpaccio. During dinner, guests can listen to live folk music entertainment while eating.
